In line with Accenture's diversity goals for 2020, my team at Stir designed and organized this summit for the development of its women leaders and their growth in the firm. Apart from organizing this event for 250 attendees, we gave a visual and brand identity for it. Through a photo-op booth, pre-event activities, talks by women achievers, we made the women feel inspired and highlighted Accenture's committment to diversity.
Career Reboot

Career reboot for women was a day-long conference conducted by Accenture where women who have taken a break due to personal reasons and want to restart their careers, came to attend.
We organized this event end-to-end for Accenture and also created a post event-video for them.
Training & Placement Officers Conference
Residential Conference
Creative Direction
We organized a two-day residential meet in Amby Valley, Lonavala for the Training & Placement Officers (TPOs) from various educational institutes who are associated with Accenture. The purpose was to boost their morale, seek their feedback, and acknowledge their contribution towards getting the best talent into Accenture.
To make the meet more engaging for its 130 odd participants, we created the event's identity, developed the messaging for all sorts of communication, designed the event experience which was executed flawlessly.
